A very easy cocktail is a Dark and Stormy (from Bermuda I think). Golden rum, ginger beer, a dash of Angastura bitters and ice.

There are several variations on "Sex on the Beach" - we were taught vodka, peach schnapps and pure orange, although some people put cranberry or grenadine in it.

Black Russians are nice too - vodka, tia maria and coke
