How do I measure 1 1/2 oz of butter and 1 1/2 oz of flour if my scales are broken? Thanks

for the butter, see how much is in the pack, and divide it up until each portion is 1.5 oz - likewise for the flour, tip it into other containers until you have broken it down into 1.5 oz portios.
Or go next door and borrow your neighbour's scale ;-)
