cheers but i would like vegetarian food
Pitta bread is low carbs...
tofu and veg stir fry, our chinese does a lovely one with oyster sauce
A veggie pizza isn't VERY low in carbohydrates, but it's probably a lot lower than most other takeaway options.
Like Chris?
grilled skewer ckicken kebab with salad, you could leave the pitta
veg curry?
She's a veggie Fluff...

the problem with veg currys is they tend to be full of potato. and sometimes chick peas... suppose i could ask them not to add any

also some have a lot of sauce, so not so good without rice or naan

i suppose one of those very thin crust bases might be ok...could get sides and only eat a portion...

actually pitta is quite high carb, so are wraps...

yes i like the tofu and veg satay skewers..i think peanut buttter is ok...

what about spring roll 'skin' - anyone know?
I always thought pitta was low in carbs....oh well.

I really like Chinese vegetables you get from the take away.
what about veg yuk sung
Nice fluff....
yuk sung is low in carbs providing you dont have the polystyrene bits in it, cant think of the name of them.
Chicken.....
Anything with flour in it will be high carb. Your best bet is Indian food as they do not use a lot of sugar in cooking like Chinese does. There are loads of veggie side dishes you could have.
