For starters maybe Prawn Cocktail or Grapefruit.
Trifle for puds or if you can get it Angel Delight.
Fruit Salad, Sherry Trifle, Cheesecake, Lemon Meringue, for Deserts.
Apple snow?
got to be a prawn cocktail with rose sauce thrown in.......
That was a time when "fresh" orange juice from a tiny bottle was a luxury starter. :)
vichyoisse soup....? Loved it, haven't seen it for years ona menu. (and easy to make)

avocado pear with prawns. For puds you could do cheap ice cream wafers or cones with a flake.
oh yes, do not forget the Kraft Flake......

and the trifle with a minimum drop of sherry.
cheese and pineapple sputnik...stuck into a grapefruit. Fluffy duff....Chill a small tin of evap milk. whisk until thick and creamy(yes it gets nearly as thick as cream). Dissolve a packet jelly in as little water as possible then fold through the whisked milk. Serve with crumbled flake round the edges. Or, if you use orange mandarin oranges from a tin.
Birds trifle...yucky but the correct era!!
Birds trifle - spew - good 60s word!
Hiya, I seem to remember a pud from my school days, Chocolate Cornflake with Pink Custard MMmmmm.... or why not try Baked Apple stuffed with raisin and a dusting of mixed spice powder or Banana with Smarties inserted through small slits in the skin ( both cooked on the barby ) served with a Cointreau Sauce.... and for a starter Devilled Eggs..( They go so well with Beer ) Hope this is of some use... Have a Good 1..... Cheers Baz...
