I impulsively bought a packet of cooked ham hock in Waitrose yesterday (180 gms) - not been in there before and came out with various different things!

What can I do with it? All the recipes I've found seem to involve cooking the hock with vegetables. Ideas please. (but not any sort of terrine) Thank you.

If it's cooked, have it in an omellette or with salad. They are usually really nice and tender.
