Ice cream flavours

Ok, I've done strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice creams to death now.

Thinking I may try some more unusual ones (with an ice cream maker). I fancy pistachio and brown bread ice cream.

What others could you suggest?

Yoghurt with caramelised walnut and honey was one of my favourites out in Spain. It's made by Carte D'or I think.

I am also rather partial to rum and raisin.

Well the flavour of the week is sausage trifle

when I was in the USA last month, Denny's were pushing maple-and-bacon flavour ice cream. I didn't have any. In fact I mimed choking and dying when the waiter asked if I'd like some.
