Does anyone know of some simple tasty vegetarian recipes for a crock pot. My only means of cooking temporarily is my trusty slow cooker and I am in desperate need of some new and varied ideas :)

If you have a "The Works" (cheapo) bookshop handy, they have a good slow-cooker cookbook with lots of veggie recipes for 99p!
