brighton food shop

i see they are opening some kind of food store in western road brighton opposite waitrose.

it lokks like an organic supermarket or similar

any ideas when it will open if not already

does it have a website

what shop is it

is it any good

I think it's called Taj, and it's owned by the same people who own Taj Mahal just around the corner.  They also run the �1 store next door.

They will basically sell lots of inidan/middle eastern spices, herbs, etc. as well as organic food and ingredients from around the world.

I went past last week and it looks nearly completely fitted out, so I would say another week or so before it opens.
