I'm eating more on this bloody diet than I did before :(
A cheese, onion and chopped pork sandwich, a cheese burger (mum and dad had an Indian =s) and a wee bit chocolate fudge cake. Not very healthy but it's Sunday!! :D

Chunk of cheese with an apple and some brazil nuts
Coffee and rich tea biscut (love 'em!)
Tea
About to eat lentil bake with roast potatoes and green veg.
Two slices of toast, a few bits of chocolate coated flapjack and a curry from the chinky.

Banana and toast for breakfast
Roast pork, sprouts,mash, roasties, cabbage and cauliflower for dinner, followed by a Goo lime cheesecake thing
One packet of Monster Munch, two Blue Riband wafer biscuits and a sprinkling of Mini Eggs

Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and honey for breakfast

BLT roll for dinner

cheese and ham omelet for tea with a couple of pint of guiness.

Lunch: Apple and 2 Ryvita and pint of water
Dinner: Tuna and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal bread with lime jelly for afters.

Breakfast-poached egg, wholemeal toast and a cuppa

Dinner- Paella and tapas at local Spanish restaurant
No Bella, just dont eat much at the weekends really....too hot to cook a roast ! Besides been out walking in the gorgeous sunshine !
I've spent the last 2 days cooking and cooked 5 meals. Yesterday I cooked a chicken, chorizo and butter bean stew and then I made a creamy chicken curry. Today I made sausage and cannellini bean stew and put the rest of the chorizo in and then I made a beef stew which has been in the slow cooker for around 7 hours now and I've just put some dumplings in to cook for another hour.

Everything is being frozen in portions as I'm fed up of eating ready meals. Earlier I baked 2 whole trout and had baby new pots and sugar snaps with it.

I'm flaming knackered!

Eggs Benedict and Coffee for breakfast

Roast Lamb with Spuds, veg and then an Apple Crumble with home made Cornish Vanilla Ice-cream

Chicken and Mushroom Filo pastry w. Green Beans and a Choc Fondant coming in a few minutes....the remnants of an Old Vines Tempranillo red wine - and perhaps a Crofts Port later in honour of that wonderful third try in Paris, scored by one Tom Croft.
