Yesterday I cooked a chicken, chorizo and butter bean stew and then I made a creamy chicken curry. Today I made sausage and cannellini bean stew and put the rest of the chorizo in and then I made a beef stew which has been in the slow cooker for around 7 hours now and I've just put some dumplings in to cook for another hour.
Everything is being frozen in portions as I'm fed up of eating ready meals. Earlier I baked 2 whole trout and had baby new pots and sugar snaps with it.
I'm flaming knackered!

Roast Lamb with Spuds, veg and then an Apple Crumble with home made Cornish Vanilla Ice-cream
Chicken and Mushroom Filo pastry w. Green Beans and a Choc Fondant coming in a few minutes....the remnants of an Old Vines Tempranillo red wine - and perhaps a Crofts Port later in honour of that wonderful third try in Paris, scored by one Tom Croft.
