raclette ideas
1 Answers
i am borrowing my friend's raclette grill for a soiree next week.
At her house, i've only ever melted the cheese under the grill, she's never used the top, but i wan to. How long would you cook a steak etc? Does it need to be cut thin? Has anyone tried anything else? Thank you!

I do this often. The good idea about the raclette grill is that your guests cook their steaks to whatever they want to. Cut your steaks in different thicknesses so whoever likes rare will go for a thicker slice as to someone who likes their steaks well-done so will go for thinner slices. Make sure you provide different sauces such as mustard, tomato etc
