This is a 'bread' made with linseeds-it's a bit like a soft brown bread.

7oz ground linseeds
2level tsp baking powder*
2 tbsp olive oil
4 eggs
water

Combine the dry ingredients
beat together the wet ingredients and add to the dry. Mix together and add just enough water to make a floppy batter
Pour into a greased silicon loaf pan-microwave on high for 8-10 minutes.

Additions can include dried herbs, chilli flakes, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan.

*make your own gluten free baking powder -
Ingredients:

2 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 teaspoon corn starch (optional)
Preparation:

Mix the baking soda and cream of tartar together until well combined. Use immediately.

Thanks for replying Pastafreak, unfortunately my granddaughter is allergic to eggs and corn so I cannot use this recipe, it's a bit of a problem to say the least
have you tried the Holland & Barrett site or local shop if there is one?

Hi, H-K,thanks for reply, we've tried literally everywere,UK, USA, Australia , the problem is allergies to so many things, we have one shop that gets us Millet flour but the recipe makes a very crumbly 'cake-bread' which is no good for sandwiches or toast and has a pronouced aftertaste, which is hard to disguise, we'll just keep trying and hope our granddaughter 'grows-out' of some of the allergies as she gets older .(she's 3½ ), thanks again
