Following on from the carandrog thread of what meal could you eat for the rest of your life?
You can eat as much as you like and not get overfull.
You can drink what you like and not get tipsy.
You have to finish up on a balcony with favourite tipple in hand watching the universe go FOOM
What would you choose?

Mine would be:-
A large bowl of Moules Marinier, crusty bread and a good dry sherry to help it down.
Roast rabbit with galic mayo, and a good dry white to ease the throat.
Main course would be a full english with the addition of white pudding and cloutie dumpling. Bread and butter to mop up with and a pint mug of tea.
to finish it would be a toss up between a proper trifle and a cheese platter with all the best cheeses the world has to offer. A decent port of course. (yes I know I can have both but the sugar in the trifle might be too much for me)
Onto the balcony in a comfy rocking chair and a bottle of Wild Turkey to sip away at. Everyone is welcome, just post your order on AB and my chefs will prepare it for you.

Seared fois gras with a glass of Sauternes.
Steak Tartare with several glasses of Romanee Conti (this is free, right??)
Vanilla ice cream with more Sauternes, or maybe a Monbazillac.
Finish up on that balcony drinking Champagne with the BF, doing that thing where you take turns to take a mouthful and then drizzle it into the other person's mouth - which we always do anyway - or maybe you didn't really need to know that, LOL

I'd go for a non-stop tasting menu produced by Heston Blumenthal, Yotam Ottolenghi, Alfred Pranasad, Michel Roux, Raymond Blanc, Nigel Slater, Sanjay Dwivedi, Giancarlo Caldesi. I'll have to give some further thought to the pastry chefs I'd like to contribute. Cheese can come from Neals Yard and La Fromagerie. The sommeliers from the relevant restaurants can choose the accompanying wines.
For the balcony I'll go for a single malt, actual one will depend on the time of year.
