I have quite a few Portobello mushrooms.(the big ones) I am cooking them tonight with a meat filling. There will be more than we will eat. Would they freeze successfully. Any advice appreciated.
The other thing you can do with them is have them in a bun like a burger- one Portobello is the size of a meat patty...Cook in the oven -knob of butter- some garlic- slice of cheese and cook... then put in a bun...add salad if you like...But they're really tasty that way.
