Someone wanted to know how to stuff mushrooms, this is the recipe I use. STUFFED MUSHROOMS. 250g medium mushrooms. 50g butter. 1 small clove of garlic-crushed. 3 shallots-finely chopped. 2 generous tablespoons soft breadcrumbs. 2 teaspoons chopped parsley. salt & pepper.. oil Wipe mushrooms, remove stems and chop stems finely. Melt butter in frying pan, add stems and garlic, saut for 2 minutes. Add shallots, parsley and seasoning. Cook gently for another minute. Remove pan from heat and add breadcrumbs. Mix lightly and well. Fill mushroom caps evenly with this mixture, place on a shallow, well greased dish. Pour a little oil over each mushroom. Bake in a moderate oven 10 to 15 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve as a first course or as a vegetable with meat or fish.
