I'm going to make this for dinner, it's basically chicken in sauce with a pastry topping, now I always feel a bit robbed with just a lid so am going to do the pie properly with a pastry base. It says to cook (with just a lid) for 15 mins til golden brown, how much longer will I have to cook it for as a proper pie?

Thanks for any replies.

Hellooooo, anyone there, please, please, please :)
I would bake it for 25-30 mins. The base may be a wee bit soggy but I understand your frustration at pastry lids only! lol
twenty to thirty minutes - keep an eye on the lid so that it doesn't go too far.
