Seriously!! I just watched a recorded episode of Great British bake where rum baba's were the technical challenge.

Not difficult for the able cook but they do involve a few stages and time.

Personally I don't understand the appeal.

Thats what I meant Eccles - Paul Hollywood made them look easy but they seemed to take an awfully long time.
