Fry a little onion until it's soft, cut sausages into thirds, fry, add the tom puree and cook through. Add a touch of brown sauce.
Serve on a bed of rice.
Take the sausage meat out of the skins and make into small meatballs. Fry until brown. Make a sauce using tomatoes onion garlic herbs and add the meatballs. Put in the oven until the meatballs are cooked and serve with pasta.
