Is Broccoli Okay When It's Yellowish?

I've got some broccoli that is a bit yellow on top as well as green. Is it still okay to eat?

Yes I often find yellowy bits if I haven't eaten broccoli up quickly enough.
Never had a problem.
I would have thought so, yes.
Just been commenting on another thread how expensive food has become, so it would be a tad hypocritical of me to say throw it away! :P

Thanks. We're on the sausage meat and stiffing tonight with spuds, carrots and now broccoli with plenty of gravy. Yum.

Sorry Jules, I'm married. Humber, we always have this a few times around Christmas, it's so nice.
It is just doing what is normal and getting mature. I have often eaten it like that and it is no different. Certainly wouldn't throw it away or if you are, throw it in this direction!
