I did the Dukan for a bit last year before our holiday and lost 10lbs quite easily - but I like a glass of wine and found the pancake thing made of oat bran absolutely revolting! So lived on packs of ham, chicken and yoghurts so of course I lost weight!! considering doing it again once the girls are back at school but I hate not having the veg and fruit at the beginning! I also ate a lot of crabsticks!! and eggs!
