What is it and how big is it?
I do salmon fillets at 180 for 20 minutes fan-assisted.

Just a couple of smallish pieces of salmon. Plan to wrap them in foil with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice

I'd cook it for a bit longer as you're doing it in foil. Give it 30 minutes.
Season add onions butter oil lemon juice etc and roast in loosely wrapped foil at 200c for 10-15 mins.
Agree with tilly, in foil requires longer.
