Eating Too Much
24 Answers
My God I cannot stop eating all the rubbish of the day. I was never like that - I just ate my regular meals altho still heavy - rushed out this morning 2.15 am to Asda and bought sweeties. I am beside myself - anybody try to help me with this gorging like a pig.

You must declare war on it and be determind not to let it run your life anymore.
I keep plain yoghurt in the fridge and a some runny honey which I eat when I need something sweet. Or a packet of rice cakes which I have with the lightest scrapping of low fat spread and jam. Satsumas are good too or a warm skimmed milk drink. All of these are a fraction of the calories of a bag of sweets.
I reward myself for not eating rubbish with a special healthy treat like a fresh pineapple or some blueberries and mango. As someone who struggles to control a sugar addiction I know how you feel. Thankfully I'm 15 miles from a 24hr shop but I can imagine the draw if it were nearer.
