Last week some of our hens eggs got left out in the barn and were frozen solid though the shells did not crack. Can I still use them now they are defrosted? would it be better using them for cooking? And if you can use them after freezing why do more people not freeze their excess eggs -or do you?
Thankyou for your replies - despite the weather we have hens popping eggs out all over so I guess the frozen ones will end up in a nice quiche this afternoon.
