Grub Up! What Have We Got For Tonights Dinner Then?

I'm doing Hunter's chicken, that's skinless boneless chicken breasts in BBQ sauce, topped with smoked bacon and grated cheese. Serving with battered onion rings, breaded mushrooms, potato wedges and coleslaw, tosed mixed salad and a Zantac for me!

I'm having corn quesadillas filled with chicken, jalapeno and a mix of feta and cheddar, with guacamole and tomatillo salsa on the side.

My two lads are always starving after football practice so I have to do them something substantial, else come 10'o'clock there wouldn't be a biscuit or any bread left!

Don't know about tonight,but I've just cooked sausage,egg and chips for my daughter and I.We're supposed to be watching what we eat at the moment,but it was delicious.
