Roast it and add a bit of chocolate and I am sure you must at least double the cals. Enjoy.
Thanks folks, I think I'll just go with my 'fall back' plan:- If you eat them standing up, it doesn't count!! The only reason I have two a day is because my other half hides the box. I'm really glad that the overall feeling is that they are very good for you, so I think you can never have too much of a good thing. I think you all should go out and treat yourselves to a very large box!!!
