Can anyone recommend either an incredibly fancy restaurant, or traditional hearty "real irish food" restaurant in the centre of Belfast?  I look forward to the bipolar answers!!

Restaurant Michael Deane is the only restaurant in Belfast with a Michelin star.  Here's a link http://www.deanesbelfast.com/ .  Also try the Things To Do section of this website http://www.gotobelfast.com/ as it gives details of loads of restaurants in Belfast and there's an Irish Cuisine section.  Paul Rankin's restaurant Cayenne on Shaftesbury Square is also really good.
Bourbon is excellent, for fancy food, or if you want traditional food try The Crown for pub grub
How could I have forgotten about Bourbon??  Their food is fantastic.
One of my favourites!
