Just wondering how many cups of tea(or coffee) you normally drink a day?
I was speaking to a woman the other day who said she has up to 30 cups a day!! That seems a ridiculously high amount.
I dont think I have more than 4 - one when I wake up, maybe one before I go to work, one at work and one when I get in - thats it.
All our family are big tea drinkers. Im on my 3rd already. I need at least 2 just to get me moving. I must drink about 10 or more a day. One day I will check just how many I do drink and amaze myself. My OH has perhaps 2 all day. He never has a hot drink at work, just water. He will perhaps have cuppa with his tea and one about 9pm and thats it !!
Don't drink either tea or coffee.. just a splash of gin on me cornflakes.... joking aside - I don;t understand hot drinks when there's perfectly good water in the tap.
I'm not knocking hot drinks, TOH, I remember getting to 30 and thinking 'I really should drink coffee now I'm an adult' but just can't.. (unless I'm hungover as a result of the gin on my cornfalkes of a morn)..
During the Spring/Summer I'd only have one (At Breakfast time). During the Autumn/Winter I'd have one with my Breakfast, one if I've been out and it's really cold and maybe one of an evening.
I have between 10-15 cups of coffee a day. I mentioned this to my GP who nearly fell off his chair. I didn't think it was too much but obviously was.
Tried green tea recently which actually wasn't bad.
I don't drink proper tea, but I do have those fruit teas in summer. I usually have about 3 cups of coffee a day but none after 3pm (I suffer from insomnia so caffeine is a no no)
4 or 5, Coffee, don't drink Tea, it's too easy for me, as I tend to work from the kitchen table rather than the study as it's at the front of the house and I can see what's going on.
water most of the day - a cup of black coffee when I get to work, then that's me until I get home, cup of tea then without milk. That's me, I tend only to drink water or something similar.
