Cake

I made this earlier, was a bit worried about the italian meringue going pear shaped but it all turned out okay, the cake was delish.

There's a bit left if anyone wants a slice.

easy peasy runny fondant and cut outs with plunger presses. The daisy ones are lemon the love birds are vanilla.. there is also a no added sugar fruit cake, sausage rolls and mini quiches

Sloopy, it's a thin metal slab about 10 inches by 7 inches, it thaws anything, just sit the frozen stuff on it and it immediately starts working, it's something in the metal I think, not sure. I got it from one of those Betterware type catalogues that get popped through the front door, I'll see if I can get a link.

Rowan, you make it sound so easy, I struggle to get the icing even.

This is similar to what I've got but I don't remember it being that pricey, mind you I've had it for years.

Lol, Boo, it's a fair sized chunk. I warn you though, the meringue is coffee flavoured!
