Saw their programme the other night and they made chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. My husband has decided to try this for tonights dinner. (no vampires in our house)

It's a classic French dish but Ive never tried it. I'm sure I would love it cos I love garlic. I know it's not nearly as scary as it sounds!

This is a traditional recipe. I've cooked in a clay chicken brick with the lid welded on with a raw pastry strip.
Delicious.
