I shouldn't think so - milk and cream don't freeze very well, they tend to split when defrosted. A good rule of thumb is whether you can buy something already frozen. If it's been done commercially then you can probably do it too - so that would rule out freezing your rice pud. It will keep for a couple of days in the fridge though.
I disagree about milk and cream not freezing very well. They do freeze good.
I freeze milk and cheese so don't see why rice pud would be a problem.

You could try adding an egg yolk while it is still warm, to stabilise it...might work.

In view of the conflicting responses, why not just try it and see. One rice pudding down the drain isn't the end of the world.
The real question is why, just eat it
