Low Carb Online Store - Cheapest One?

I know low carb foods aren't cheap, so I wondered if anyone had checked a few out and found the one that is cheapest in general?

This is a total waste of money - Read Paul McKenna's book "I can make you thin"

You should not cut out any group of foods - you need a varied and balanced diet.

The best way is to reduce portions to a reasonable level while increasing exercise.

I'm diabetic and order the odd thing online but largely don't bother now I just carb count. If you are dieting however I have used this site where you can order and it's delivered the next day. Quite cheap and very reliable.

anniebird - that all depends on the individuals situation though doesn't it.

I agree that it's a bit of a waste of money.
Like low fat foods,the carb aspect is being replaced by something nasty or not needed.
Find healthy substitutes and try to eat unprocessed foods...save your money.
