I made a wonderful dish last night with spinach, onion, garlic, spices and homemade paneer. OH is still licking his lips and talking about it now. All Barmaids fault for posting a thread about the use of whey, resulting in a recipe for paneer, which gave me ideas! I think I'll be making it again soon under demand

The packet said it was washed and ready to use so I didnt do anything other than threw out a few stalk bits. I drizzled the olive oil over and sprinkled with salt. Left it about 12 minutes in preheated oven.
Then I ate them and made another batch!
