Dont know yet. Last night I made kale crisps for the first time. (I looked up something to do with a large pack I had in fridge for days). So easy to do and quite delicious.
Chilli sausages from the butchers (that make all the difference! with chips eggs and beans. Yummy. I made a wonderful dish last night with spinach, onion, garlic, spices and homemade paneer. OH is still licking his lips and talking about it now. All Barmaids fault for posting a thread about the use of whey, resulting in a recipe for paneer, which gave me ideas! I think I'll be making it again soon under demand

The packet said it was washed and ready to use so I didnt do anything other than threw out a few stalk bits. I drizzled the olive oil over and sprinkled with salt. Left it about 12 minutes in preheated oven.
Then I ate them and made another batch!
It'll be a surprise for me as No1 son (a chef) is off today. The surprise will be if he cooks anything!!
