Nandos chicken?

Can anyone tell me how to make nandos style chicken and even the nandos peri peri sauce. I know its a secret recepie, but similar tasting would be great.

Sorry if this seems a bit of an obvious answer, but don't Nando's bottle their sauces and marinades and sell them?

Alternatively, look for portugese peri peri sause recipies, spatchcock a chicken, part roast it in the over then paint it with the sauce and bbq it!

hello, they do sell the sauces and they are available from asda, sainsburys and tesco, maybe more places, you can also buy them at nandos restaurants. Enjoy!!
