Pumpkin Soup Recipe

A friend who just wants the pumpin but not the innards, has said I can use them. Ive never made soup although have tried it elsewhere years ago. Anyone got a great recipe please. ??

The reason I love the BBC Good Food website (and I link to it frequently) is because there are reviews of all the recipes from people who've actually tried them.
