It seems that all the Supermarkets in my area sell Extra virgin olive oil and nothing less. Can there be so much extra virgin produced ? Or am I being lied to.
you can tell if olive oil is extra virgin or just plain old olive oil by the colour, if it is a dark green colour it is extra virgin and if a almost yellow colour it is olive oil, the dark one is great for dressings or on its own and the yellow one is for cooking, but you should be able to get both really easily.
