Its my birthday midweek and we want to go for a meal. I love fish, my mum only likes basic food, my daughter is vegetarian and my husband is easily pleased. Has anyone any ideas of o good restaurant. We live in the romiley/woodley area of Stockport. If anyone has any ideas you are a genius. Thanks

Sounds a bit like my family with vegans, carnivores, non vegetable eaters and gannets.
Most decent restaurants and even pubs have a varied menu ranging from greasy spoon to cordon bleu.
Just arrange it and take them along. Any complaints and you, 1)won't ask them again or 2) ask why they attended in the first place.

I agree, you will have to go down the gastro pub/non specific restarant route. Hopefully enough choice for all.
