Ive just noticed a good few rhubarb plants in my garden!!

What do you make with yours and how??

Looking for inspiration! I remember making jam with my Gran as a child xx

Rhubarb, orange and ginger crumble
R, O, G fool
rhubarb and cardamon fool
rhubarb chutney
rhubarb and raspberry Cranachan

I love the stuff

Mostly crumble, but some I just simmer and eat, with ginger and brown sugar.

Rhubarb and strawberry crumble, can be found on good food.

Compost bin straight away. God obviously wasn't concentrating when he created rhubarb.

Hi Tinks long tie no see. Many years ago I made rhubarb wine. Came out sparkling absolutely gorgeous. I entered it in a winemaking competition, won first prize.
The next year I entered another bottle that had matured a bit. They disqualified me, saying this was not home brew but a commercially produced wine. They wouldn't believe me.
