how would you have them, i'm undecided

tomato & red pepper sauce with ling.
honey & mustard with mash
maybe with stir fry veh and a dipping sauce?

I'd go with the mash idea, the weather's just about right for it.
I want Ikea meatballs now!
On skewers with thick cut chunks of pepper, shrooms, cherry toms and red onion. Brush whilst grilling/turning with a marinade of crushed garlic, soy and sweet chilli dipping sauce. Serve over rice.
Yeah...lots of shrooms :-)

mmmm quite liking that idea, replacing the shrooms, toms & onion with errrm olives and other stuff

i want mash as well & spag, i may have to ration the meatballs over a few days :-)
Snags, I don't care whats in them, they're lush.
Lol Snags. I can't see the appeal with IKEA meatballs. Tried them once and though they were a bit naff..

I would have the meatballs with tom and red pepper and pasta.

hadn't thought of satay hmmmmmmm

im also going for easiest option - i have to make the tom & red pepper sauce, & honey & mustard ones where kebabs are quicker than a quick thing :-)
