Mamy, have you had a magnum gold? They're rather nice, taste a little of caramel but not much, the chocolate cracks differently too. Recommended.
Eccles, if you do some of that lovely buffet food you've mentioned on another thread, can I come over and do some more grazing with you please?

Have you had the Thermomix demo yet, if so what did you make of it?

Oh yes, thermomix was a few weeks ago now. Very interesting, nice Italian lady demonstrator who made very nice stuff (apart from a yukkie green smoothie) and swore by the machine, as you would expect. Her mother in law bought her one when she got married. It's a lot bigger than we all expected and a lot noisier, and given that space is at a premium in these smart central London apartments, the decision was not to go ahead. Good to have experienced the demo though.

Had mine a bit earlier, one of those panini things with tomatoes and Green leafy stuff that mrs av insists on putting on my plate things got better after that though, had a fresh cream doughnut.
