Not smoked or cured fish.
Not pâté.
Not red.

What about pear and melted roquefort in a case of whatever you fancy?
Yum ^^
I have a recipe card from tesco which makes the case from thick bread moulded into small saucer shape and filled with mix of tuna, sweetcorn, spring onion and mayonnaise. cant elaborate more as I am at work and the recipe card at home.

Pear and blue cheese is featuring elsewhere. Bloomin' lovely combo!

Can't use mayo either, but a little bread case filled with something......... is a nice idea.

I've a feeling that tomatoes be they red, yellow or tiger stripes are not acceptable either :-(

It's a flipping nightmare feeding fussy flossies!
Falafel balls and dip
Cocktail stick, Stilton, fig and drizzled with honey - yummy!
Just to add you put bread circles in muffin tray and bake for ten mins at gas 200. It says with the help of an adult place tray ib oven!
Now i see this recipe says suitable for 6-7 year olds....

I think I'll be safe Grasscarp.

My round cutters are not the sharpest and I have a wooden dibber to squidge the bread discs into the bun tin.

I'll see if I can find a responsible adult to oversee the use of the oven though ;-)

Randy, do you mean guacamole a la Portillo?

Peppadews filled with cheese are already on the menu :-)

I am toying with the idea of something sausagey. I prefer them hot or at least warm I'll just have to tie a know in my hanky to remind myself they're in the oven.
dont worry eccles, the responsible adult will be standing by to help you cope with the oven duties
I have a pepper plant growing on the windowsill :-)
