Shoota, white wine spritzers, chilli con carne and a glass of milk seems like a recipe for throwing up to me.

Not even semi skimmed, Daisy.
They'll survive and your tubes will be all the better for a good clear out.

Enjoy.
If you don't/won't drink milk, what do you put on your sugar puffs?

Thanks, OG. My tubes have settled. I'm fine now.

Nah, jno. Just a handful of crushed dried chilies. (Is it one 'l' or two?)

Don't know the botanical reason Tilly but small peppers are invariably hotter than large ones. The dried peppers I use are about 10 mm long and are best handled with a latex glove in case the fingers touch the eye afterwards. One, minus the seeds, is plenty and combines well with turmeric, cumin etc. to make a good curry.
