Orange label, but yes, they are, lol.

Mr Boo once said that there's nowt we don't eat that doesn't have an orange label on it, and sadly, he's right :-)

Not sure yet as pennies are a bit tight this week so whatever I can make up out of what is in the cupboard and freezer?? I have lots of tinned tuna, tomatoes, and frozen veg, so might just bung it in a pan with some pasta.

Pasta's so versatile Nelly. I have loads of sugar free jelly in the cupboard murray ... might be out of date though :0?
Just had a roast dinner in Blackpool pub. They claim to have the best roast dinners in town. They are liars!!
nelly ..tin of tuna ..any other bits of veg finely chopped.pasta .white sauce with a gratin (bread and cheese topping ) bake ..baked tattie ..yum !
