anyone remember Kunzle cakes from the 50's and 60's?I think Lyons took over the making of them and then they were not available any more unless anyone knows better.

I remember them well.   They were different shaped chocolate boxes filled with a gooey sort of icing in different colours - very sickly, but I loved them as a child.  I haven't seen them for years and years.  Please go to suggestions and add a vote for an Old Timers' Corner!!!

a couple of years ago, Sarah Kennedy on radio 2 ran a bring back the kunzle campaign. Waitrose started stocking them in their patisseries but the were about �1 each and didn't take off
