O,h you are all having a go at me. That was autocorrect.
OK then I am no cookbook expert but Amazon's "Gordon Ramsay" page has all his books, conveniently sorted into "Recent and Popular" order which is exactly what you were asking for:

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

I just thought someone may have one already that they could recommend.
If we're going to be pedantic, I'll point out that only one book can be the 'latest', so there can't be any choice anyway ;-)

However I'll also suggest that you take a look at the reviews on Amazon for his books (clicking through to read the details):
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_0_13/279-8787009-6943838?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=gordon+ramsay&sprefix=gordon+ramsay%2Caps%2C373

However any choice is likely to be highly individual, depending upon the reader's preferred style of cooking. For example, 'Great Escape' might appeal to me but would probably be useless to someone who hates Indian food.

That's what the user reviews are on Amazon. The first couple of books have 257 reviews and 645 reviews respectively, which is a lot more than you're getting here!
