We have one and basically I use it to get my 5 a day as I don't normally eat much fruit. We use the grinder blade first for sunflower/pumpkin seeds/ nuts etc. then add a banana, various berries, apple (skin on) and usually a handful of spinach. Top it up with water or rice/almond milk and you have a tasty smoothie for breakfast. If you measure out the portions as recommended for you 5 a day then you shouldn't have to worry about too much fruit sugar. We also use ours for grinding spices and making curry pastes as we make a lot of Indian and Asian food. If you search the net there are plenty of nutribullet recipes.
