Got a lovely large piece of this from the local fish van yesterday. Its beautiful. I didnt have it all today as there was just a little too many flakes for my wee bagel and scrambled egg. YUM!!
Anyway, my question i guess is will this keep till tomorrow for brekky or would you be wary two days on?
I gather because its hot smoked its almost 'cured'. But could be wrong.

I too have eaten lots of cold smoked salmon which has a totally different consistency i know its more like raw bacon i love it also.....its a whole fillet and is smoky in taste but isnt 'raw' as such, it has a cooked consitency if that makes sense.....its beautiful anyhow....
