Just begun sipping a decent Shiraz. Rosemount Estate, 2014 Diamond Collection from S.E. Australia. A slight liquorice-y tone to begin - rather on the lines of Baturrica from Spain, but more complex.

Had a couple of G&Ts before dinner, now quaffing a founders reserve port on special offer at Costco at a bit over £6, blooming lovely. Going back for a couple more next week.
