poster in sainsbury's today recommended frying pork sausages with slice of apple and fresh sage. anyone tried this? does it taste good? is it as simple as just bunging it all in the frying pan at once?
This will be one of those Jamie Oliver ideas like the ad were he keeps telling us to buy a numeg and grate it over spag bol.I don't fry sausages myself as I prefer to grill or do them in my George Foreman Griller as its a more healthy way of cooking but I expect it would be quite nice as Pork and apple go well together,like Roast Pork and apple sauce.
