Good thinking Tilly! Just seen a joke on the Tim Vine thread. ' I farted in a lift - it was wrong on so many levels :-)

The liver is cut very thin, coated in flour and flash fried. Tilly, that's the problem with growing veg organically...you've got to watch for the extra protein :-\
Please provide directions to your house, melv, I think quite a lot of us might pop round. I love lamb's liver - must get some when I go shopping.

i love liver. Don't have it often enough. It has to be lambs liver - I do it with bacon, onions and garlic with boiled potatoes, cabbage, peas topped with onion gravy. it's been a long day so it's just simple scampi, chips, sweetcorn and peas with a dollop of tartar sauce in the Confused household tonight.
Is there an echo??? Yes I am probably, I tend to overcook my meat.
