The liver is cut very thin, coated in flour and flash fried. Tilly, that's the problem with growing veg organically...you've got to watch for the extra protein :-\
i love liver. Don't have it often enough. It has to be lambs liver - I do it with bacon, onions and garlic with boiled potatoes, cabbage, peas topped with onion gravy. it's been a long day so it's just simple scampi, chips, sweetcorn and peas with a dollop of tartar sauce in the Confused household tonight.
