Bit Worried About The Yorkshires...

I followed the recipe on NoM's thread last week and most people said equal amounts of milk, flour and eggs so I've filled a mug with flour, then with milk, but when I've gone to do the eggs the cup has taken 5 eggs to fill it! Isn't that too much??

Whisk together and let stand in the fridge for about 30 minutes. meanwhile put a little of your chosen oil or fat, make sure its one you can deep fry in, it needs to get very hot, in your tin and heat it in a hot oven till it smokes. remove from the oven and quickly pour in the batter. Give the batter a stir first. cook for 10 to twenty minutes depending on the size of the yorkies, don’t open the oven door till you think they are nearly done.
