Thanks Eccles -I know it`s not your favourite but..my aunt yesterday gave me some quiche that had been frozen so I was assuming this would be OK to freeze as well. I am just cooking it at the moment

Yes it is nice. I have made it before. I got all the ingredients together and was going to take it to my Aunt`s but she can`t eat most of the things that are in it.
